Every year, a percentage of our profits goes straigt back to rural education. As a new business model that has been in the making for a while, and now coming to fruition, we hope to be able to make our first contribution to our home town school in 2021. Eventually, as the business takes off, we want to expand to all rural communities, meaning local rural sales will go into that rural community' education.

Our orders are custom made. Depending on the time of year, it can take between 7-14 days. Most of the time we try for sooner. There are a few products that we make ahead, so they will ship quicker, of course.

Check out with your custom item. Email us with your order number and the artwork that corresponds with your order. Keep in mind, the art needs to be yours to use, and if art needs to be designed to your specs, please just submit details so that we can get you a minimal art fee estimate.

Most of our products are made to order. As a hands-on team, we aim to send every product out in top condition. As a general rule, all sales are final. However, if you feel that you received a flawed product, please email us at products@greysailing.com, including your original order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo.
